Release from Liability Agreement:
This Agreement is made between Love Space Healing doing business in Georgia and the participant for and in consideration of being allowed to participate in classes and activities including, but not limited to energy healing and intuitive coaching.
The participant does hereby release Love Space Healing and its employees from any liability which may or could occur by reason of any personal injury or property damage suffered by me regardless of the cause or alleged cause of such personal injury or property damage.
I understand that I will be voluntarily participating in activities which may expose me to some level of risk or injury, and I represent that I am aware of the nature of these activities and agree to accept any and all risks associated with my participation in these activities.
I represent that I am in good physical health, and that unless I notify Love Space Healing in writing that I am unable to participate in an activity due to some physical or mental considerations, I will be allowed to participate in all activities of Love Space Healing.
Furthermore, in consideration of Love Space Healing allowing me to participate in these activities, I agree to hold Love Space Healing harmless and indemnify them and its employees against loss (including reasonable attorney’s fees) from any and all claims of negligence, demands, rights, or causes of actions of any kind or nature that may hereafter at any time be made or brought by me or on my behalf for any known or unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily or personal injuries, damages to property and consequences thereof which may be sustained by me as a direct or indirect result of participating in the aforementioned activities at Love Space Healing.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life events occur unexpectedly, and appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Fees:
No refunds are given for appointments canceled with notice of less than 24 hours. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please send us a direct email to connect@theinnerscapes.com as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find another suitable time.
No-Show/Missed Appointment: If we don’t connect during the first 15-minute window, the appointment is considered a no-show/missed appointment. There are no refunds for no-show/missed appointments.
Late Starts: There is a 15-minute grace period, meaning you can arrive up to 15 minutes late from your scheduled time. Your appointment will still end at the scheduled time.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Refunds:
Refunds for canceled appointments will be processed within 7-10 business days.
